Questions sellers ask

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day free trial includes every feature, and no card is needed.

Will OmniRestock change my listings or stock levels?

Not unless you switch it on. Each connection has three switches (Sales, Stock and Purchase orders), so you control what is read and written.

How does it avoid double counting Amazon demand?

FBA restock transfers count as demand on your main warehouse, and supplier POs are worked out from that main warehouse demand only.

Is the Automatic forecast AI?

No. Automatic backtests 12 statistical methods and picks the most accurate one. The AI assistant is separate and only explains and drafts.

Which channels and warehouses does it connect to?

Amazon, Shopify, eBay and WooCommerce, plus Mintsoft, Linnworks and ShipBob for 3PL and warehouse stock. TikTok Shop is pending partner approval. Anything else can be imported by CSV or Google Sheets.

Can it handle multiple Shopify locations and warehouses?

Yes. Each Shopify location can map to its own warehouse, and every plan includes multiple warehouses (2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, unlimited on Pro and Scale).

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the billing period. There are no refunds for partial months.
